Conditions For Entry

1. Any person wishing to inspect the property must provide identification in the form of a Driver's Licence or other similar photographic proof. Information collected is for security purposes and may be passed onto the police in the event of a crime having taken place on the property during the selling period. Should you not wish to provide proof of identity then you may be refused entry to the property. Please do not take offence at this request as we are sure you would like to know who was visiting your property. Information collected will only be used for security purposes and will be destroyed after the property has been sold. You will be able to access your person information we have collected. If you would like to be contacted with in the future with information on properties in the area please let us know.

2. It is requested that a small anonymous feedback survey be completed prior to exiting the property.

3. It is requested that you take care when inspecting the property to ensure nothing is broken and we ask that you respect the privacy of the owners.
